Quite the telling comments by Sebastian (correctly, IMO):
1. Separate emission reductions from CDR for the win
2. Policy in EU is well ahead of the ability of CDR to deliver
3. We don't yet have the social license (Amen!)
I know that we're all making it up as we go, but we must build this thing on a solid foundation. We cannot make rosy predictions or continually oversell our capacity to deliver. And while this comes at a cost - we're out of XPrize and Breakthrough because we will not overpromise - I think that it is a healthier approach.
